What is Sterling silver?
Sterling silver is a term used in the industry for high quality silver. "Fine" or "pure" silver is much too soft to use in most jewelry applications so it is combined with other metals/alloys to add strength and durability. The most popular and widely used alloy is copper, 7.5% is added and hence you get 92.5% of fine silver. This is why you often see .925 marked on your jewelry. Keep in mind anyone can stamp your piece .925, in some countries standards can be very low and they will still stamp the piece, so beware! On this site everything listed is of the highest quality (guaranteed) and each piece is stamped with our patent markings and of course... .925!
How do I care for my jewelry?
With proper care your silver can last a lifetime. To minimize scratches and other damage store your silver in a pouch and/or jewelry box. Avoid exposing your silver to harsh household chemicals such as bleach or ammonia and though water will not ruin your piece, it is always better to keep it dry to avoid spotting and dullness. Care should also be taken to prevent tarnish build-up, a dulling that naturally occurs when silver reacts with sulfur in the air. In addition to a pouch or box, using a ziplock sealed bag does wonders. The biggest misconception about silver is that it will just turn black...That is simply not going to happen unless something (like harsh chemicals) gets on it.
What if something breaks?
We want you to feel confident you will have a piece that will last. Should something break under normal wear, we will repair or replace your item within 30 days free of charge, after that a nominal fee may apply. Please email me first.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item you must return it to us within 10 days of receiving your order. What types of payment do you accept?
This site uses an SSL secure shopping cart in the purchase areas so you can easily and safely use any major credit card or pay by Paypal.
How much is shipping?
is a $6.80 flat fee on most size orders within the United States. Items will be sent
USPS priority mail and we cover the insurance charge on items over $100.00. Most
orders will ship within 3 days of payment and
should arrive to you in 2-5 business days. (This applies to orders in the United
States only). I make no guarantees on the shipping time since it really is
out of my control once the postal service has it. I am more than happy to
ship overnight if you contact me to make payment arrangements first.
Will you ship internationally?
we will ship internationally. Charges vary from $20.00-$30.00 (US) per order
depending on country. The fees can be seen prior to purchase in the cart
when checking out. Shipping is by USPS Priority International mail.
How can I figure out my ring size?
The most simple way is to visit your local jeweler. They will be able to quickly and easily fit you and most are happy to do it. You can also see our ring sizing chart, it may be of some help if you are not able to get to someone locally.
Do you take special orders?
You can certainly contact us with your request and we will try to help you with it. It really depends on the request.
My size has been sold, can it be ordered?
We are making every effort to keep all sizes available, if something has been sold that you are interested in just mail us and we will give you an idea of how long it would take to make for you. If you would like a size that is not listed, please mail us and we will do our best to see if it is possible for that style.
